Open up a terminal (in Applications/Utilities/) and CAREFULLY run the following commands: Click on "Where to find it"Ĭlick on "Download / Install your Add-on another way" to expand the contents underneath it.Ĭlick on "Download using Extension Manager >"Ĭlick on the Blue "Download Roland CutStudio AI Plugin," and leave the downloaded file in your Downloads folder.ĭownload the following utility: and leave the downloaded file in your Downloads folder. The nav bar in the middle of the page lists "Product Info" "Ratings & Reviews" "Notes" "Where to find it" as options. If it says "Install," do not click the button. If the blue button says "Uninstall," click it, and then navigate back to the plugin page. Make sure you're signed into your CC account in the CC App, Illustrator, and Roland has provided a PDF of the installation which has some mistakes (most notably, the URL to the Extension Manager zip file points to the Windows version.) Here's a slightly more concise set of Mac install instructions I wrote out for the other people here at work: The Roland CutStudio plugin installation is once again FUBAR on CC 2017 Mac. Not sure if this is a good place to post this, but it seems like it could be useful to some people here.
